Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at 819kiss. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to RM 588 on your first deposit. A minimum rollover of 5x the total deposit plus bonus amount is required before any withdrawal can be made.

The general rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• Once a bet has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, the affected round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account balance.
• Game results generated by a certified RNG system are final. Appeals based solely on feelings or assumptions will not be entertained.

• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and table games.

• Duplicate accounts: Holding more than one active account to circumvent bonus limits or wagering requirements.

819kiss reserves the right to close or suspend any member account, whether temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request or a request from a relevant authority.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 819kiss support team via live chat or email at support@819kiss.net. Any valid balance will be returned within 3–5 business days after the closure request has been received and verified.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, 819kiss reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 819kiss Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Step 1 — Direct Negotiation: Contact the 819kiss support team by email at support@819kiss.net, providing a detailed description of the dispute. We will endeavour to resolve it within 14 working days.
• Step 2 — Mediation: Should direct resolution be unsuccessful, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a mutually appointed mediator in Malaysia.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Should mediation fail, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration shall be the courts of Malaysia.
